Hawaii Pictures, Part 3

On Monday morning (very early, ugh) we flew to Maui, and stayed there until Tuesday night.

We drove the Hana highway (google it, if you wanna know more about it. it's crazy) and stopped here to hike back to a waterfall.

look at the pineapples! I didn't know they grow in the ground. I thought they grew on trees. cool. :o)

I'm not sure what this is or was, but we had to walk over it to get to the waterfall.

Hawaii Pictures, Part 2

Alright, here are some from when Tori and I went riding. We had SOO much fun. I loved being out there with her. It was so calm and away from the city. It was gorgeous! Totally made me want to get into riding again. I just don't want to...ya know, actually OWN a horse. :o) Anyways, here they are:

If this sight isn't Amazing, I don't know what is. this valley is certainly my favorite place on the island.

At the beach on Saturday. We had a great time boogie boarding, and eating, and just laying on the beach. We all got scorched. It was a good day. :o)

Alright, so I know these first ones aren't actually Hawaii but, they were part of our trip, and I couldn't resist posting them. I took these out of the plane window. Aren't the mountains gorgeous???? :o)

Alright, now onto the actual Hawaii pictures. :o)

We stayed in Jason and Laurie's room the first few days we were there. This is what we woke up to in the mornings. :o) Pretty huh?

This light pole was the death of my sleep though. Shining SUPER bright. RIGHT outside the window. ALL night long. Ugh. :o)

Ahh, the sand at last. My poor toes didn't even touch the sand until Wednesday!!! That's because it was raining on Tuesday though.

It was still cloudy on Wednesday, but we decided to go lay out at Ko Olina anyways. We still had tan lines when we left. Too cool. :o)

Pizza on the beach. Really, can it get much better? :o)

Naturally, the sun decided to come out as we were leaving. Gee, thanks a lot.

And, there's Hanauma bay. Pretty busy that day. We ended up parking down the hill and walking. Nothin like a little exercise. *ahem*
